We were seated for 10 minutes before 3r had to go find someone and ask to be waited on. Then it took 20 minutes to get an appetizer. If the store had been crowded maybe we understand but there was only a handful of people in the restaurant and tons of wait staff standing around. We got no refill on drinks or anyone checking on us to see if we needed anything. I have walked out before but this is my last time here. Every time I have been there they always get something wrong on my order... And the food is not that great for the price.

Was food poisoned by Old Town Grill, and STILL gave them a second chance only to discover the food quality is astoundingly poor and the manager was a huge tool when we complained. Will not be eating here again.
