I have been going to this restaurant since it opened as Old Town Grill. I decided yesterday to take a friend who had never been there for lunch. I was totally embarrassed for telling my friend how good the food is. It was as it was horrible from the service to the food. I have always ordered the chicken club. Yesterday, my sandwich has two chicken tenders on it which had been fixed a long time. I ask the manager when did they start putting chicken tenders on the club. He said they have always put them on. We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our waiter Taylor never let our drinks go dry, he was friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous! Well worth the reasonable prices! We will definitely be going back to OTG in London Ky very soon!!

Went there yesterday 7-23-16 and it was amazing! Angela with the thick frame glasses was our server and she was the best!! Food was on point and got it fresh, hot and quick! Bathrooms and such were very clean. Will definitely be returning very soon!
Two of the three orders were sent back because the waitress screwed it up (Kristin). The manager on duty on 9 July 2016 at 7pm in London, KY was outstanding and corrected the situation. Stephanie was made our server and she did an excellent job. The food was terrific hence the 5 stars. Once the service issue was fixed the experience was great and we would definitely eat there again.
Fun family dining, good food and service and great prices
I have had many a meal at this place and loved it. Must have changed managers recently as it has gone down in the quality of food and service. New manager is rude. Place is ice cold. I wrote a post on this page earlier and it has been deleted.
