We have sent numerous people to OTG to eat the Shrimp. We ate there 2-12-16, ordered the Shrimp platter as usual and it was horrible. We asked our server and he spoke with the Manager and came back and told us that the owner had told the manager that was the shrimp all of the locations would he ordering. But the funny thing is, I ate Shrimp at the Corbin location on 2-8-16 and they had the really good big Shrimp still. OTG had the best Shrimp in London, but NOT anymore. Old Town of London is great and server Jaclyn B. is the best!
1/23 we tried to eat here as it was snowy and most places were closed. A heavy set older man seated us. We waited 20 minutes. No one ever came to greet us or take a drink order. The man who seated us walked by and made eye contact several times but bussed tables instead of checking on us. A blonde headed waitress checked on the table next to us a few times and still never said a word to us. Server was awesome. Place was too cold, food got cold before I could eat. Has great potential.
I will NEVER return to this worthless establishment again .The Director of operations by the name of mike caffrey apparently doesn't want to deal with any complaints. His return response is he doesn't care how I as a customer feel and to not bother to return . THAT won't be a problem . I really hope the owner of this restaurant reads this and is more customer friendly .WARNING proceed at your own discretion .My suggestion is to go across the street to Cheddar's . The food is better and hospitality is phenomenal.

Great food, facility, and service. Love this place
I love the food, and the servers work their butts off while keeping a smile. I've been there every Tuesday since this competetion and it's been truly busy. Great job everybody.
