Horrible service and attitudes right from the manager on down to the hostess. They never have enough people working to cover the amount of patrons that show up for their special nights. Who ever heard of waiting an hour on a Tuesday night to eat in North Charleston? !

I absolutely love this place! Top notch service and scrumptious food.
I was in town with some friends during the huge flood storm. I called at 7 to make sure they were still open and they said yes we are open until 9. I told them we were coming with between 10 and 12 people and they said ok. We rounded everyone up and drove 25 minutes across town and arrived at 7:50. Thr hostess informed us they were now closing at 8 and wouldnt sit us. Went there Labor day afternoon,after looking at a menu online showing a couple of different seafood platters with different prices. Was seated,given menu,saw ONLY 1 seafood platter for $26.00,asked the server about the menu platters online,she wasn't aware of them,we asked the shift manager about the online menus,he said" I don't need to look at that,I have a menu in front of me". For the price and the ambiance, this is a wonderful place to eat. Ate here twice while in Charleston and loved it both times. Manager, Chris, was great......very attentive!
My husband and I came in for dinner at 7 pm tonight for our anniversary. We were seated in the bar area at a booth. We were there for 10 minutes and never had one waitress or bar tender to take a drink order. Thank you for a horrible experience.
Our guy Alex was awesome the she crab soup was amazing as well as the shrimp peeled and eat. #AwesomeSauce
