Great place to live! Reasons to live here: Pet friendly, the staff is incredibly helpful, repairs to utilities are done quickly and efficiently compared to other affiliated apartment complexes that I have lived, extremely close to campus, excellent all around community of people living here.
Good place to live. Just be sure to monitor your energy usage.
The Nine was the worst living experience I've had. Management is horrible to say the least and the employees are never on the same page. I could type a 5 page review but I will spare you all. Just know their doors should be closed and the building should be shut down. At one point I almost had to get attorneys involved because of management and the condition of the building. I had high expectations before I moved in. My first impression was the parking garage is tiny with every corner being a blind spot and the visitor parking is arranged poorly. When I moved in, they forgot our washer and dryer and our corner lining came unglued; they were just rushing to get it done. With that being said, our dishwasher leaked but the maintenance guys are amazing and fixed it quickly.
