The management does not work to help residents. They only care about signing new leases and will not show old residents any respect. There are hidden fees and tons of miscommunication between the staff and residents. As well as a total lack of transparency. Management does not respond to resident questions or concerns in a timely manner which has lead to late fees and overages. The building has not been maintained well. This apartment complex is something else!!!
I’ll never live there again. I had such an horrible experience from day one. Our apartment was not even ready on our move-in date!
The worst apartments to live at. Water leaks, trash, noise is just the start of the list. They will fine you for anything. Brittany the manager is rude and not very responsive! Move to The Bellamy. It’s way better!
Never clean. The elevator has been broken for over a month. The entire garage flooded because the pipes froze so I couldn’t park in the garage I pay $100 a month to park in. They only clean the parts that people tour. There’s been trash in the garage stairwell for months. Most of the locked doors for safety are unlocked or broken. Management is terrible. Way too expensive for what you get. Do not sign here.
I wish I didn’t even have to post a star. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! If you want harassment from management, cheap appliances that break constantly, over priced living along with constant additional charges, and did I mention that NOTHING IN THE BUILDING EVER WORKS PROPERLY! Oh, and if you need anything fixed you’re better off doing it yourself because all management does is sit around and have pizza parties and talk shit about their residents.
