Nice place, but it always smells like weed lol. The apartments are up to date and set up nicely, great gym area and lounge areas, with a balcony overlooking the pool. If the only did not allow the use of weed this place would be almost 5 stars. Another annoying thing, there isn't adequate parking .
The Nine is a great place to live at! It's close to campus so the commute takes no time. The staff here is friendly and outgoing. Rooms are nice and spacious. Amenities (especially the gym) are top notch. Parking is a bit expensive. Besides that I would recommend living here. If you have any problems maintenance will help you quickly and effectively. I have enjoyed my time here!
This really is a nice place to live. I am very familiar with the available housing around Louisville, and The Nine is definitely the apartment to live in. The community staff really care about you and are prompt to get you the help you need. (and the free Starbucks coffee machine is obviously a huge bonus �)
the employees contradict each other in what they tell their residents, they move random roommates into your apartment with little to no notice, staff is EXTREMELY disrespectful to the residents, maintenance comes and goes as they please and things end up going missing. this is absolutely the WORST living experience I have EVER had. I would not EVER recommend this apartment complex to someone.
