Don’t live here, the staff may be nice but don’t listen or seem to care about the mistakes they make or the mismanagement that cost the tenants deatly. Also, if you ask for maintenance, it usually takes a long while to get anything done but the maintenance guys are the only good thing about this place because they actually get the job done, eventually. Construction was below standards. Sewage lines froze over break and flooded floors with #^]*%{. Yes literally. Residents were displaced for months. Compensation was promised. It has yet to be paid and only excuses are given. Btw.....the root cause was never repaired. Hopefully people keep water running or it doesn't get really cold this year. Wouldn't want to hear of a repeat issue.
