RecommendedThe New Mexicans has been our favorite for years! The food is full-on comfort deliciousness with a good variety of selection, vegetarian friendly choices, fair prices. The staff and service are personal with a great family-owned vibe. Must haves: Cornbread with honey-butter, mac with a side of mac, brisket tacos, Moco-loco, cinnamon roll french toast, pie-plate sized burger and pies, pies, pies!

I lived in New Mexico for 10 years... their sauces are not even close to true Red or Green, Hatch Chile enchilada sauces. I kinda want to show them how to do it correctly. The owners and staff super nice people and they are hard working. They would be great candidates for Restaurant Impossible.
