If you’re looking for a restaurant to patronize while maintaining some level of infectious disease consciousness I recommend The New Mexicans in Everett. Tables are well spaced providing for social distancing, they have changed silverware distribution from their standard “family style” to individually wrapped service, and the staff is constantly dis infecting entry and bathroom door handles and common areas. Timely table service is as usual. Also, they are playing disco.
The food is great! Everyone is friendly and family owned. Have not had anything bad.

We visited The New Mexicans this past Friday. My husband had a Asada burrito and I had the smoke chicken enchilada. Man, it was delicious! 😋 The Sopapillas were to die for! 🤤Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the cinnamon rolls because we came too late in the evening, and they ran out. I’ll try that on my next visit there. 😞 The owners Vincent, Evie & Michelle are so nice! They really know how to make you feel right at home.
