It probably the best food Ive had in a long time. They actually used fresh ingredients in all their items. The menu is more than just mexican. They serve all sorts of home cooking that came from the owners mothers recipes. The margaritas were also the best Ive had. They make them from scratch! Cant wait to go back!
I grew up in New Mexico and went to school in Las Cruces which is the heart and soul of Mexican food in New Mexico. The enchiladas served here are authentic. We make our own at home because you can not find them anywhere else but the enchiladas at The New Mexicans are better, made with real Hatch chilies and made to perfection. This place is amazing. Super "homey" and delicious. They were making fresh corn bread right in front of us. Great little gem in Everett ❤️
