I live near Portland and visit my stepson in Everett. I always have to come here. I'm originally from Texas and this is by far the best southwest food in the Pacific Northwest. They ask you if you want your food "New Mexico hot" or "Washington" hot. I recommend New Mexico hot it's just right. In addition to the extensive southwestern menu, they have killer cinnamon rolls that are huge! Enough for two breakfasts, if you're good. Highly recommend this place.

Best place I have eaten! The portions are huge! The service is amazing!
Brought my mom for her birthday, neither of us had visited before. Place was completely full but we had a table within two minutes. Menu was extremely varietal and everything sounded good, both extremely satisfied by what we ended up ordering. Portions are large and prices very reasonable. Staff and owners were wonderful and personable.
The BEST Chili dog I have ever had, flavor was amazing. Service was great, definatley will be back for more.
The smoked chicken enchiladas was fantastic service was great and the margarita was even better thanks guys will be back !
