Disappoint with this dealership... let me first say I HATE leaving bad reviews, sometimes you can do everything right and still have to deal with a person in a bad mood or just looking to fight. We purchased a car from Graff in Gladwin, back in October and we were very happy with the prompt, courteous and friendly service from Bill, Lisa and all the other sales guys that were there!! We recently had a MAJOR breakdown with that vehicle, which was covered by the extended warranty! It was a very, very time consuming and extensive repair and the Service Dept Mgr, Greg, and Chris & Roger were awesome at getting answers, parts, paperwork and all the phone & leg work needed to make the repair happen!! Not even 12 hours after my girlfriend bought her jeep the check engine light came on and started over heating. Per the service department manager there was nothing wrong with the jeep. It wasn't until I said that it's overheating while in the garage that they did something. A service tech did confirm there was something seriously wrong with the vehicle. Graff and Bill specifically did a great job with a quirky customer !! Ordered new 2017 Colorado. Waited for the 17 to get new 6 and 8 spd combo as well as availability on 7" screen on infotainment. They researched all my requests when info was barely available. The result, best "motel camper" ma and pa Acket could ask for !! Post some pictures when topper from Loose is installed !! As others have said, seamless !! Did I mention that they found every rebate/deal and saved us major bucks ??
