Just picked up our 4th new car from Graff. Our salesperson Chris West was very helpful & with alot of thinking & checking & help from Ron the manager, we were finally able to find the car & deal that suited our needs. Thanks to all for the hometown feeling when we walk into Graff. Also, can't thank you enough Chris for our BELL!!
I was heading on a 3 day weekend vacation with my sister & niece across the state. On 11 mile and M 61 I ran into some significant issues with my vehicle. All the dash light warnings came on, power was reduced wouldn't go over 10-max 20 mph from there to your dealership. While my mother has only been in her new vehicle for a few hours, I cannot be more pleased with the lengths Chris West went through in order to make sure she was happy. My dear mother lives nearly 1,000 miles away from me and the distance can interfere with my ability to make sure she is taken care of. I did all of the research on which vehicle would be best for her needs and contacted several dealerships. I locked my key's in my truck today 2 business over and asked if they could assist me, was directed to Chris in service center and he called a tow company "Gary's Towing" who was there in minutes to help me out. I came into the dealership and was greeted by CW. I told him what i was looking for and what payment I was willing to pay. After finding the truck I wanted, the payment was $150 more than I wanted so I had to say no. CW kept working on it, and was able to get more for my trade and lowered the price on the new truck. But it was still more than I wanted to pay. CW worked with Ron and they were able to find me a bunch of rebates and worked the numbers. Took the wife's car in for a simple oil chande they don't have the ten minute oil change open so it took over an hour and they stripped the drain plug so it's leaking oil now. DON'T take you vehicle their. I NEVER will again.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, not anyone i like anyway. Heck most of the people i don't like i still wouldn't recommend them! We Bought a used car from them noticed a minor problem. Called and told them 10 min after driving it off the lot. Took it in they checked it out told me it would be $350to fix, and the GM was very rude telling me it broke on "my time" (even though i called and told them about it 10 miles down the road) and they couldn't do anything about it.
