Great customer service. Must give an A+ in customer service to Ron the young man who took care of me in the service area. They provided me a ride home from the service center and then came back and picked me up to bring me back to my vehicle. Great people, good work!

about the only people at graff of gladwin who is worth working with is veto or chris! the rest have an attitude all the time and have no punctuality! the service department is a crock! and im sure it will close soon to just like the other car lot that greg worked at!!!
