I would not recommend your oil change. It always takes way to long. Hours of waiting for an oil change which costs me money and makes me late for appointments. I think it is time to check out another dealership or look at Ford and Ram because you guys suck and will not get anymore of my business. Chris West and Rachel Farley did a wonderful job communicating and meeting my needs. They went over and beyond expectations for my first new car. The jeep was even driven 2.5 hours for me! I would HIGHLY recommend speaking with either of these two for your current and future car needs!
