This hotel in Miami is so different from the others that I am proud to say that I have been there! My family was so excited that I could not believe their happiness; the services were always focused on giving guest comfort and elegance!

I decided to stay in this hotel in Miami when i knew that i was going to get discounts to get a nice suite and wonderful food! I arrived on time and there was anything that i could complain about because i got nice services, excellent discounts and the best celebrations any time of the year. I recommend people to go and find the best prices as i did it!

I never thought that a hotel in Miami like this one was going to be so different and luxurious at the same time! I had been in different hotels that seem to be the same but the Carlton hotel just surprised me with its services and nice staff that never left alone and they were always attentive to my requests. I used to think that i had to ask to get a good service but this hotel did not let me ask, they had organized everything! I really liked because i felt that i was important!

Maybe the prices were a little expensive for me but i gotta say that the services cannot be superior to any other hotel because all what i enjoyed was perfectly provided and anytime i had to wait for assistance! I got the right information in the precise time and by a friendly guy from their staff. The pool is big enough and i never felt uncomfortable!

I chose this hotel in Miami after i saw the comments people left after being there and i have to say that i did not find any kind of bad aspects and i decided to be there for a week. I had a nice suite, great food and excellent assistance, everything i asked was giving to me without exception and with the best anf friendly staff that let me feel like at home!

The Cartlon hotel became my favorite hotel in Miami! The moment i got in my suite and when the staff told me about the benefits i was going to enjoy, i was sure that i did not choose the incorrect hotel for my holiday. I went with my best friend whose craziness was an extra ingredient to enjoy all the services this hotel gave us! I really think that it should be considered the best in Miami

There are many positive comments about this hotel in Miami but i could not believe them till the moment i stayed there and i saw the benefits that people do normally get when going there! I realized that the staff from this hotel knew how to give me a nice service even when i was not going to stay in the most expensive suite! I loved how i was treated! Thanks

This hotel in Miami showed me that elegance and comfort is something that i could only get in this hotel! Because the suite, the food and all the good advantages that i could enjoy everywhere were precisely what i wanted to enjoy! At the beginning when i heard about the prices, i thought that the hotel was expensive but when i started to enjoy and feel like at home, i realized that i was paying for something good!

The day I heard about this hotel in Miami, I realized that for the first time in my life that I could enjoy good services, excellent staff and an incredible atmosphere to have fun and enjoy the wonderful weather Miami has! I was really satisfied with the way I was assisted every single morning when I woke up and every single night when I went to party and I could not be happier!
