Excellent service and location, we had Wi-Fi in the room with a basic charge, and the valet parking is more secure than leaving your car on the street. The rooms are always fresh and clean thanks to the cleaning ladies. Even though I had to make an early check out they didn’t charge me any additional fees. Very recommendable.

If I say that I loved the room, I am not lying. I felt great in this hotel because I was looking for a comfortable place to be but I did not have much money with me. So, the prices the Carlton has are very low and that was what I was looking for…and I felt even better when I saw the rooms and the POOL, everything was clean and well organized!

That excellent view to the city and a nice distance from the beach made my stay a good experience in this hotel. My room was comfortable and big enough to go around and rest in nice conditions. I loved how the staff was attentive and gave me a real guide to know the different restaurants and night clus that i found on Collin Avenue. So, undeniably i recommend it!

It was great to be in a hotel with that great location near the Lincoln Road. The rooms were neither too big nor too small but perfect for my friend and i. The staff was helpful and very well knowledgeable of all places where we could go and visit, and that is an extra detail that I had not found before in other hotels in South Beach.

My mother and i stayed in this hotel after hearing a lot of news and people's comments where they expressed their approval and acceptance for this hotel that was excellent in all senses. Well, so we did not need anything else to call and book a suite! We got it and when we arrived we understood why all people loved this hotel, it is just original! We had a very significant time there!

When I made my reservation at this hotel I wasn’t sure of what I would be getting for my money’s worth, but when I saw the room I was astounded by its decoration, it’s newly furniture and the cleanliness of the room. I was very happy because that was the most important thing to me. With no hesitation I’m thinking of coming back to Miami next year and I will be staying at the carlton hotel.

This place had to be one of the most gorgeous hotels in Miami. The front view was spectacular and the rooms were so beautiful it was hard to believe. I felt that i had found the best hotel in the city to stay and have fun! My family was also happy and really excited to enjoy those services and excellent assistance!

I have never been offered the kind of customer care I was provided with while my stay at this hotel in Miami. They were courteous from the beginning to the end and always made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

It was an incredible experience that I never thought it was going to happen to me but I was lucky to be in this hotel in Miami that really has the best and most interesting services I have seen in my life because they gave me more than normal things that people can get in a normal hotel. I loved it!
