The units them self's are very clean, neat, and easy to access. The building is mostly empty which is why I was genuinely surprised when I lost my job shortly after storing my items in their units. I leased two units. They were from the get go very aggressive if one month was past due, they would immediately put me in with their attorney to sell the units at auction. My experience was very pleasing for the time I kept my belongings at this facility, Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful, I would recommend Narrows Self Storage and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.
The Narrows Self Storage was perfect for our short-term storage needs. Glenn helped us get a climate controlled unit quickly and for a reasonable price. We highly recommend them!
