My stylist used A HAIR FROM HER HEAD to do a straight line on my nail and I paid $113… I came as a walk in at 2:30pm for a GelX manicure and regular pedicure and ended up leaving at 5pm. Halfway through my manicure my stylist mentioned that I would be switched to someone else because she had an appointment. The nail tech ran late, so the manicure was rushed, messy, and included no cuticle care. I paid full price but felt like I only received half the service. The same issue applied to my pedicure.
I got a get manicure and pedicure. Day 2 and the manicure is already peeling off and chipping. I’m guessing they didn’t prep the surface properly.
