Run!!!! I live here and HATE IT. FROM THE OFFICE STAFF TO THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND INFORMATION IS NEVER THE SAME. MICK THE PROPERTY MANAGER STATED HE TALKED TO ME YET ANY TIME I'M on the phone or in the office he closes the door or leave. I WAS SO HAPPY TO MOVE HERE NOW IT FEELS LIKE A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. I HAD A LEAK IN MY WINDOW AND REQUESTED A TRANSFER WAS TOLD I COULD TRANSFER NOW IT'S A ISSUE WITH THE TRANSFER I JUST WANT WHAT I WAS TOLD OR I WANT OUT MY LEASE!!!
If you really want to live in a luxury apartment conveniently located close to everything excellent management and staff... fantastic amenities??? Look no further than the Morgan.. I honestly hated to leave.

I really want to love this place! I'm in my second apartment here - having moved out of a first floor with water issues - but the maintenance department has totally ignored my requests for assistance with simple things. They are truly trying my patience!! Having moved here from Pittsburgh, PA - I was accustomed to a response time of same day repairs to a max of 24 hours. The office staff has tried to help but maintenance is determined to destroy this complex! With help from contractors & higher management!
