RecommendedLived here for 15 months, had no issues whatsoever with security, neighbors, parking, maintenance, or dealing with the housing office. I would recommend The Morgan to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a very affordable cost. Only complaints were the outdoor grills never seemed to work & the apartment was not wired for cable or Ethernet ports in the bedrooms. Any issues we ever had were usually fixed the same day. THEY ARE TRASH AF.
My family and lived here for over a year before we decided to purchase a house. It’s a very safe secure place to live. The apartments are up to date. Love the office staff.
Quiet place to live with Awesome neighbors! The floor plans are absolutely HUGE with lots of closet space.
Awesome awesome awesome!! This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The security is amazing, the staff is quick to get back to you and resolve any issues you may have. Brandy is amazing any time I come looking for a package and it gets delivered after I come by she will email me. That’s above and beyond. They have great community get togethers. My family and I have been here for almost a year and a half now. I’ll be honest, I really try to find things to hate about this place, but we really love it here. The maintenance team is awesome! I’ve put in maintenance orders and always have had someone show up to fix it with in 24 hours, 2 days at most. We had an issue in our new unit with the water heater and were anxious to get it fixed with the holidays and family visiting.
