Having issues with maintenance and the response time. Do not follow up on their promises!
Worse place I have ever lived in by far. It looks nice but everything is really cheap. Sucks having to pay for something that is easily broken. I believe they target military here also so be careful! They hit me with all types of charges when I finally left!
My husband and I have lived at the “newly built Phase II” Morgan for almost 11 months. Although there have been challenges, the management has done their job. We submitted our concerns via email, received a confirmation then an appointment was scheduled through email for repair. The office team, managed by Mick Hix and the maintenance team Victor, Matt & Steve, have been nothing short of accommodating, professional and available. I went to visit family on several occasions and the experience dwindled every time. From sketchy maintenance workers partaking in recreational drugs in the parking lot, to being worried about my nephew having to get a shot due to shotty work nailing down the carpeting. So glad my family was able to get better housing than this negligent management team.
