Verified Renter I’ve been living here for about 2 months. There were several issues once we first moved in but the property manager made sure to resolve all our concerns and made it priority. Management and maintenance are very responsive. I will say the walls and doors here are paper thin, you could hear everything. Living in the front of the holding facing the highway takes some adjustment, we are able to sleep at night but the windows have to remain shut. Verified Renter Balconies could use a good power washing. Windows haven’t had a window treatment since I moved in. The balconies have so much dirt on the floor and dividers it’s gross.
Verified Renter I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to come to this building. Concierge is great. Management is terrible, aggressive and rude Rent went up so much for no reason. I know everywhere went up but my neighbor across from me went up 50 dollars. Mine went up 200 and you ask management and they just shut you down

Nice Place to Live I moved into Monarch one month ago. The building is very clean and well maintained, my apartment checks all the boxes on my list and the building staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. When looking for my apartment, I paid a great deal of attention to reviews, so I know how important this is. Monarch is very definitely a great place to call home.
If you value peace and quiet, don't live here If you value peace and quiet, look somewhere else to live!!! If you value good quality cabinets, walls that aren't thin, clean hallways, or floors that aren't filled with pet urine, look somewhere else. They give you this long lease agreement with a bunch of rules that clearly NO ONE follows. The upstairs tenant makes noise at all hours of the day (they supposedly have this 11pm-7am quiet hours...complete lie). Im regretting moving here. can't wait until my lease it up.
