Verified Renter The hallways near my unit have not had proper temperature control since the summer was too hot (like the outside temperature) and now, too cold (like the outside temperature). Verified Renter Not quite what I would call a luxury building. Do your research before you move. It has gone downhill the last couple of years. Takes forever to get things fixed, emails unanswered, obnoxious people running through halls and dogs constantly barking.

Verified Renter A great place to live, the Concierge are all helpful and friendly and are always there to help. I appreciate how the office staff sometimes treats the building to a breakfast in the lobby, that’s the best!
Verified Renter Management is awful. Unfortunately the best employee in management quit, my work tickets haven’t been answered by maintenance. It’s messy, and the elevator is constantly broke.
