Verified Renter Apartments are comfortable and big, plenty of room. The noise from above apartments and outside our front door is quite loud. The maintenance team is great, they're quick to come and fix anything.
Verified Renter I think the monarch is ok. They constantly have the balcony closed and don't send any emails to inform us in advance. I went the other day with all my food in tow to BBQ to find out I couldn't use the grill.
Verified Renter Everyone on the management staff and front desk is super friendly. Building seems well maintained and clean. The lobby is always clean. Parking lot is well lite. The separate maintenance elevator is very convenient when carrying boxes etc.

Verified Renter Not a bad apartment, I wish the noise level was a little quieter (fighting neighbors). The maintenance team is amazing and fixes whatever you need really quickly.
Verified Renter So far so good! We are very happy with our experience at the monarch, and it's only week one! Residents are super nice to each other yet we feel we have the privacy of our personal home. Not to mention the doormen/ women are exceptionally nice.
