Nice apt, close to UM med school, but rent is high
My favorite home I've had so far! Pros: Very clean, no problems with bugs. Professional and prompt property managers/maintenance workers. Shatterproof glass windows, all units have a sizable balcony, great amenities and lots of room for covered parking. Cons: Sometimes there are problems with the elevator, for instance some folks have gotten stuck on occasion, and I can hear the neighbors next door at times. Overall a place you'd be glad to live and show off to friends.
