We had the most amazing dinner at The Modern- the best dining experience we have ever had. We had the 8 course tasting menu and even added an additional 9th dish at the waiters suggestion. Each dish was spectacular. From the taste and flavour to the plating and the detail, it really is a must if you love fine food!
Old friends who live nearby recommended the Modern and we met to enjoy a relaxed dinner and catch-up - everything was above expectations throughout - of course the menu, food and presentation, but also the host, Matthew, who made me feel as welcome and part of the old friends group as my frequent patron friends - a memorable evening, and dining experience.
Fabulous atmosphere, exceptional service and AMAZING FOOD ! We can't wait for our next extraordinary experience at The Modern... Highly recommend !!
I really like this restaurant. The only negative is they use to serve gorgeous little treats between courses which was fun- but no more.
