My mom was renting in a building experiencing issues with their chillers in the middle of summer and we found out she needed to move in a rush. Melissa helped us find and secure a new rental expeditiously! She knew I was planning summer travel and everything was handled before my departure. At our pre-move in walk through she was there again to document any concerns. In what was a stressful and chaotic situation for my mom and I she brought peace and organization.
