Color appointment with Tina. We didn't see eye to eye on several things so she decided not to use a cape to protect from the red dye. I was a fool for not noticing and insisting, but I know it was intentional. Red dye on shirt and jacket-hateful and unprofessional.
Alice Crow relieved my two-week long headache! She was wonderful, listened to where I was hurting and adjusted her massage several times to work on relieving my pain. Thank you, Alice! I now look forward to a great night's sleep tonight!

I am very disappointed with their customer service. This review is solely based on the experience I had with 2 of their nail techs. They are good to you as long as you don't have any complaints. I put acrylics on my nails and In less than 2 weeks 2 of my nails started coming off (the paint towards the back of my nail bed).
