I called to share how I was disappointed with my hair and never received a call back. It took almost 5 hours to do a 1 color foil and trim. Once home and looking at my hair, the color was too light, what I had originally gone in for was not done and there is orange and a clear line near the roots where the foils were placed. I’m very disappointed for the amount I paid and even more disappointed that it’s been almost a week gone by when I left a message with the receptionist and no return call. I get my hair cut at the Mirage by Tammy McElfish and she is WONDERFUL. I can bring in a picture of the cut I want and she recreates it EXACTLY. I have very thick curly hair, and she is realistic with me about what my hair will and won't do. I have had color services with her in the past that were amazing, she took my hair from box dye jet black to a blonde balyage without damaging or trashing my hair (yes it took a few sessions but it was worth the time and effort!).
