RecommendedDare I say it’s my favorite place in Colorado Springs. The staff are welcoming , friendly , and professional. I love the lobby music so much I’d go down in mornings I was visiting and just have coffee to listen. The adjacent restaurant The Springs Orleans has the best brunch , crab cakes, and bloody marys ever. The food is just so authentic. I absolutely adore this hotel. You must stay here when in the Springs. It’s like home away from home.♥️

Rooms are very clean and staff is very respectful and helpful.
this is a great location. love the beds. disappointed i didnt have a robe in room, called front desk and still didnt receive one. sometimes toliet sounds like its runninf and sink drains very slow but i loved the dual shower. rooms are smallee than im use to but it was jusr me and that wasnt a problem.
We are right in the middle of our 20th anniversary STAYCATION!!! The staff has been incredibly kind and our room has a view of not only the mountains but the beautiful city skyline. What a special building, with so many unique elements!
