Outstanding property.. everything is top notch....
What an excellent hotel! We spent one evening in the presidential suite (440) for our anniversary and were very impressed! The staff was very kind and helpful, the facility beautiful and private, and the location was ideal. We also had a couple's massage at the spa and it was incredible! Will definitely be returning!

We were so thrilled with our stay. The hotel was immaculate, and our experience was exceptional. Special shout out to Carrie who when above and beyond for us. We have suggested staying here to lots of our friends and will be back again... lovely, lovely experience. You guys rock.
The hotel was beautifully appointed and had every amenity imaginable. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail of their service. The Orleans Springs where Thomas Dawson is frequently featured as a guest entertainer was spectacular; a good choice for food and entertainment! The massive fireplace was beautiful and created a quiet place to visit and enjoy the warmth of the fire. The ironwork was exquisite and the art was joyful & lively. An excellent experience at this lovely hotel!
No stay in Colorado Springs is complete unless its at the Mining Exchange! They know how to do it right and the location is close enough to walk to shops and entertainment.
