RecommendedWe loved our stay at The Mining Exchange! Definitely recommend it for a relaxing and luxurious stay in an amazing location for the Colorado Springs area.

The refuse to give money back for an event we are canceling due to COVID. Completely rude and too worried about losing their money. I would NOT recommend booking anything here!
This is our 4th time to this Wyndham Hotel and location is downtown and quiet. Several different restaurants around the corner to choose from. I highly recommend. Kelsey at the front desk really helped me out today.
They are refusing to give back our money or even a credit for our cancelled reservation due to COVID-19 just because we booked via Expedia. We understand that you have a different change/cancel policy for people who booked indirectly during normal times. However, this is a global issue that we have no control over, we didn’t cancel because our plan just didn’t work out! Refund us our money or give us a credit, it’s only fair.
Lovely spa! Perfect way to spend a snowy afternoon in Colorado Springs! Loved the dry - infrared sauna...
The spa experience was awesome!
We sat in the reception/bar area Ashley was our server. She was excellent!! Always a smile on her face This was Thanksgiving night.
