RecommendedThis is our 4th time to this Wyndham Hotel and location is downtown and quiet. Several different restaurants around the corner to choose from. I highly recommend. Kelsey at the front desk really helped me out today.
They are refusing to give back our money or even a credit for our cancelled reservation due to COVID-19 just because we booked via Expedia. We understand that you have a different change/cancel policy for people who booked indirectly during normal times. However, this is a global issue that we have no control over, we didn’t cancel because our plan just didn’t work out! Refund us our money or give us a credit, it’s only fair.
