The fact that my puppy pulls me to go to the management office to say hello to the staff (who all indulge her with pets and belly rubs) and wags her tail every time she sees one of them, even in the hallway, is enough to tell me that I live in a great place. Couple that with new dog runs, fast, friendly and efficient service calls for any issues that I have a spacious, but cozy apartment and I want to stay here for a long time!
I've been renting in Seattle since my junior year of college and can I just say... The Mill has been by far my favorite apartment I've had the pleasure to call my home. Apartment viewing, signing my lease and moving in was a breeze thanks to the team. My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 18 months now, and we really like it. There have been improvements since we moved in like new front doors, new windows, and pool improvements. The office staff has always been friendly to us. I like the dedicated package room. The view from the rooftop is amazing. We really haven't had any problems with the apartment while we've been here. Great place to live and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. They treat you like family and they really do care.
I've been a resident for about 3 years. I've been in client services for more than 10 years. I know the importance of customer service. It is what separates competitors apart. The management here at the Mill is the best I've ever experienced! If there's a ceiling to management services they've broke through and continue to set new standards that their competitors aren't even close to reaching, yet meeting. The management was always there for us when we needed them and the place is beautiful at an amazing location. I never had any problems with The Mill. If anyone was to move downtown I would recommend them to check it out. Thank you for everything you all have done for us.
