The year we lived there we had nothing but problems with the plumbing. Very unresponsive management and you always get the run around. We left about a month ago and still getting the run around about getting our deposit back. Very unprofessional. The only good thing was the pool on when it was hot. However I can't count how many times the pool was closed. All the amenities seem great but the property is not kept up!!! Would not recommend this place
Want to give a huge shoutout to Isaac for making The Mill At First Hill our unanimous choice to be our new home. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! Love the amenities and energy our new home brings to my first place in Seattle. Would definitely recommend living here!
Stayed there while visiting the city and was impressed by the incredibly helpful staff. Isaac in the leasing office is knowledgeable and friendly. Staff very often makes or breaks a place and the staff at The Mill definitely makes it.
