Great building! It has everything I need and more. The rooftop and pool area are especially cool! There’s also workout and entertainment amenities. Isaac showed me around and is always smiling and very helpful! Can definitely recommend.

The Mill at First Hill is a super neat place! The convenience of location is hard to beat. While the historic nature of the area and the building offer a unique experience, at the same time, all of the common areas and amenities have updated in a fun, contemporary, and fresh way. Also, the staff is just stellar! Isaac was really accommodating and knowledgeable when showing us around. I'd highly recommend The Mill!
Really great property with many cool amenities. Was VERY impressed by the whole package, Isaac showed me around and did a wonderful job highlighting everything. It is an older building, but everything is maintained beautifully, I would definitely recommend The Mill.
Everything is well kept and clean. I love the style and atmosphere here. The management provides great customer service and so far all the other tenants are really nice
Excellent location and a great value! The building is well maintained and it has an amazing view from the rooftop. The building has a good gym, movie room, and a pool. There are also bunch of things to do in the area. Leasing agent Isaac was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable!
