Clean and in a great location. Safe parking and nice/helpful staff would definitely stay here again.
This is a great place to stay for short trips when I come to town. Desk staff are always present and helpful. Safe area and close to everything you need: Back Bay, South End, Copley, Pru, etc. Rooms have been updated as well! Nice!

Nice friendly staff, close to all the attractions Boston has to offer. Decor and rooms could do with updating though.
Conveniently placed, comfortable beds, clean and spacious room. Staff are brilliant, so helpful and always calm. Wifi rather intermittent. Would go there again.
Stayed there a few time because the other hotels we usually go to were booked. The layout of the rooms is a little confusing and the handicap accessibility isn't the greatest. Room was pretty clean last time we stayed but this time I was very disappointed.
