We were pre booked from Feb 2018 arrived at 3:45 to find a waiting line of at least 7 people because rooms were no ready...therefore we could not enjoy the pool because we HAD concert tickets! Ice macine did not work nor vending machines 1 little garbage can in the room. Was told thete would be a pull out couch but low and behold NO! And nothing off the bill, they may be cheap but thats what you get!!!! Very disappointed!
Location is great. Staff was professional and polite and the beds were very comfy. Charles River is only a 15 minute walk and hotel is close to many restaurants.
We’ve stayed here two years running for Anime Boston and it’s a nice place to stay, within walking distance of the convention center. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are REALLY small.
The staff are really nice - I think the guy's name was Patrick? However, the walls are paper thin and I could hear people being loud in a room down the hall. The parking situation is great. If you attend a sporting event or concert then the hotel will waive your parking fee. If you're looking for an inexpensive option right downtown, this would be the one. I'd stay there again.
Very good hotel for the price.. staff was very friendly and helpful.. I would definitely stay again!
