WiFi was not working at all..Tv connection did not work all night. Stale coffee couldn't drink it at all.. The pool was not open...
Horrible treatment by the staff. As a handicapped person that uses a walker, I returned to the hotel at around 3:00 am. When I called out and motioned to the hotel staff at the check in desk for help getting up the stairs from the parking garage, they ignored me. As I was seriously struggling to get up the stairs, they had the gall to watch me struggle and even walked over to the glass to get a better look. Simple, neat and spotless! Great location within the brownstone area. Walking distance to the Prudentential and Copley.
My friend and I stayed here for four nights and the staff was really great. Very friendly and welcoming. I never got the front desk guys name but he helped us try to find my friends ID and credit card, and told us to call if we were not allowed to get back on our flight as he could help us out with a price for the room.
