Staff was very nice. Hotel was within walking distance of many things including Fenway. If I come back to Boston, I’ll stay again.
Excellent hotel, and a great staff!
Stayed in the midtown on weeks holiday and I must say it was brilliant, great location ���� rooms were so big and beds so comfy, all the staff were so nice and helpfull especially Mark, Gabe, Lewis, Glenda, Kevin, Olivia (our maid) and others we didn't get their names... we would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip ��... thank you to you all for a great stay xx Liz & Eddie

Terrible treatment by the staff. They deliberately cancelled one of our two booking reservations without any kind of contact stating that "they got confused with the same two last names in both reservations". This happened after a long day of flight all the way from Brazil, you can imagine how furious we were. The solution was to put 5 family members in a unapropriate small room. There was a high demand for hotel rooms due to Lady's Gaga concert in Boston tonight and I believe it helped the management's cancellation decision... read more
