The providers ate great it is a real challenge getting timely appointments. Sadly the individuals who are challenged with memory issues and their loved ones, suffer greatly waiting excessive time assessment, diagnosis and a plan of care. It is difficult to understand waiting several months for an initial appoint and the several more before next. A year is far to long and unsafe.
I too am having a very difficult time trying to schedule appointments for my parents. Be prepared to wait months for any kind of help from this facility.
We are very happy with the service we receive from the Memory Care Center for our 88-year old mother with Alzheimer's Disease. They've been very professional, thoughtful and compassionate for the past 2 years we've been with them. They were sensitive and thorough in testing her, and they are quick to respond to our requests for care and advice. We appreciate that we are always treated with respect and kindness. We are grateful for the recommendation we received to get our care from them and we wholeheartedly recommend them.
I am a care giver for my sister. She was diagnosed last year. I live out of state but can come at any time. I have been trying to get an appointment to go over the results since early 2023 and it is now January 2024. I still have no appointment. When I am in town I beg for them to see me. I have asked please can someone show me some compassion and maybe stay late to go over the results. Nope. Now they are now telling me that they can not see me until July. Awful service. Do not go here.
My experience has been very poor. I've called twice to get help for my mom and both times the same woman has been extremely rude and not helpful.
