Don't expect things to get fixed in a timely manner Unless it’s an emergency, getting maintenance to repair items is a hassle. It’s not done in a timely manner and you have to call and complain to get them to address the issue. I don’t fault the property managers or any staff, nor do I fault maintenance. The people are really nice and they are doing their best. I fault the corporate office for not providing the property sufficient help to this property. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT i would never recommend this apartment to someone. management is not helpful at all. when i first moved-in around 4 years ago in this apartment, it was good. everyone was helpful, but now this new management do not listen. i do not like put bad review but i have to. 1. apartment stairs are dirty,. 2. there are COCKROACHES in almost every apartment as they are old build apartments. everyone complains about it. 3. gym equipments- some do not work and dirty. there is literally NO ac/heat in the gym... read more

Verified Renter Clean, quite and peaceful. Especially the staff is very friendly and ready to give there help whenever needed. All the amenities are really great and my personal favorite is the GYM and theater room, can't wait to get into the pool though!!

Verified Renter Awesome! My only problem has been the Packaging Receiving system. It can be frustrating when delivery personnel don’t place packages on the correct shelves, which ends up wasting a lot of time. Aside from this, which has happened a few times, living here has been fantastic!
