Verified Renter Its been a month here and loved it. It has great amenities. I like getting flat white from the coffee machine at social room. Valet Trash service is top notch. Its super safe here for families too.

Verified Renter Place is kept clean. Maintenance is prompt and very nice. The rent is a bit pricey, but inline for this area. Plenty of parking. Residents seem pleasant and friendly. Most people seem to pick up after there dog.

Verified Renter Good to live, very professional office staff and maintenance staff. The community is maintaining very cleanly and hygienic. We have two specific gym properties for body fitness and body building to avoid the other issues. The swimming pool also maintaining very clean

Verified Renter Just overall feel like the “luxury living” is misleading marketing. Really wish I viewed/toured the place before hand. Never really just moved in a place before but with the past experiences with greystar I assumed the best, the “luxury living” description is not truly accurate I've lived stateside and abroad in luxury homes and this does not match up. Lesson learned.
