Love it I've really enjoyed my time living in this apartment. The unit itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a great layout. The building is quiet and secure, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF POSSIBLE Avoid Marq31. My move-in was a disaster: no AC, damaged appliances, scratched floors, mildew washer/dryer, broken router, and roaches. This is not luxury living—just overpriced stress.
