no ac in gym and pool cannot be used Have lived here for 4 months. The pool was empty for most of that time and then they waited until 100 degree weather to start repairing it. It still cannot be used. We have to go to another complex to use their pool. Over the last month, the gym temperature has been between 89 and 101 degrees, averaging 93. The ac has not worked since I've lived here. In the winter, the gym was like a refrigerator, since the heat did not work. Every time I ask about it, management personnel get an annoyed... read more

Verified Renter It was a bumpy start finding an apartment. After starting to use the amenities noticed furniture and pool table equipment needs to be replaced. Table is very wobbly in front of the couch in the social room and pool cues are broken where you have to share one of them.

Verified Renter The one thing I was adament about when looking for apartments in the area were those that were properly maintained and didn't have maintaince horror stories. At The Manor I was relieved that both staff and maintance did their best to accomodate any concerns.
