Verified Renter This is the best community I have ever lived in. Being a single girl living alone, this community ensures all my safety checks. The apartment's maintenance is very good and attends to our needs in a timely manner. The community gym, pool is maintained neatly. Overall this is a really great community.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! I lived here for 3 years! When it first moved in it was amazing! Erica was an amazing property manager! Once she left it went down hill!!! I lived with mice in my apartment for months with them telling me I there weren’t mice and I had roaches. They only decided to let me move because I said I wanted out of my lease. It’s over price and not worth it!!

Verified Renter Enclosed and secured gated community and best thing is 4 floor parking ,i took 1 star away for the printer and the work zone which is always out of service from the time I’m staying I never got a chance to use it

Just moved in and it’s going great! So far, I have enjoyed my experience with Manor at Weston. The leasing process was so simple and stress free. Taylor and her team have been very helpful with making sure we have what we need to settle in and feel comfortable. I think I’m going to love living here.

Great Place to live Ashely is absolutely fantastic! He consistently deliver high-quality work and is always a pleasure to collaborate with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone who is quick and responsive.

Very loud, poor managment Sure the location is great and it looks nice from the outside. But the walls and floors are so thin. You will hear everything. Including the music they play in the hallways all day which they are 'unable to turn down'(??) The people who manage this place have to be the least effective, most disappointing people I've ever encountered. They WILL be sneaky about adding minor charges to your monthly bill and they will try to address safety concerns after the fact as if they are being 'proactive' when in... read more

Apartment is not liveable during winter Hi, I live in 2 bedroom apartment in Bldg#6 on the ground floor. There is no insulation under the wooden floor. Management told me the vendor forgot to put it so the apartment gets freezing cold. Thermostat won't go above 60F even if you put the heat 24 hrs with $400 monthly GA Power bill. External heater will trip the circuit frequently. Management says pay $750 if you want to transfer to another apartment. Basically, you have to live in unliveable condition in the bedroom.
