Apartment is not liveable during winter Hi, I live in 2 bedroom apartment in Bldg#6 on the ground floor. There is no insulation under the wooden floor. Management told me the vendor forgot to put it so the apartment gets freezing cold. Thermostat won't go above 60F even if you put the heat 24 hrs with $400 monthly GA Power bill. External heater will trip the circuit frequently. Management says pay $750 if you want to transfer to another apartment. Basically, you have to live in unliveable condition in the bedroom. they are friendly only until you sign the lease They are very nice, friendly, and responsive only until you sign the lease, but they will start ignoring your emails or requests and won’t be willing to help after you move in because you already signed and would have to live with it anyways.

The New staff is exellent! I've lived here for almost 6 months and the new staff led by the new Property Manager Darlin, has been a breath of fresh air. The maintenance staff is great!

Best Place To Live! I love living here! I couldn't recommend it enough for it's walkability, great amenities, and awesome office staff!
Honest review from a resident who is living here for almost 1 and half years I don’t know anything prior to September 2023, but since then almost EVERY SINGLE DAY someone’s apartment is affected with thefts, break-ins and car break ins. This week 2 thefts happened in less than a week and the management don’t have the courtesy to inform the residents or warn the residents to be safe, vigilant and alert! Poor management.
Very nice. Trish in the office was so nice and helpful when I took a tour and signed my lease. The apartment I rented is spacious and very nice.
