Terrific Experience in a COVID Era I recently moved apartments and found a varied experience when exploring alternative properties. The staff at The Manor at Weston was great to work with, very responsive, and made my decision easy. For example, for safety reasons I was only able to visit the model apartment, but the staff was happy to take pictures of the actual unit and shots form the balcony. The property is exactly as described, well maintained, properly secured (parking, packages, access doors), and quiet.

Excellent Place to live We just moved down and visited multiple properties. The Manor at Weston hands down had the best staff in the area. Juliana was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We haven’t signed a lease yet but are definitely going to!

Great staff! The Marq has excellent staff, and was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our process. We liked how clean the apartments were and the quality of what was provided. For the area, the pricing is quite reasonable and probably one of the better properties you can get for the same price.
Thin walls I don't think Luxury means I can hear when my neighbors flush their toilets or take showers. I hear water running in the walls. Very little sound proofing. I can hear my upstairs neighbor slam his laundry doors and the dryer is loud and makes a grinding sound in my apartment. The noise is louder than when I use my own dryer. I complained about my neighbor who is apparently doing gymnastics or building furniture. I'm woken up almost every night after midnight by loud thuds.
