YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE 10/10 couldn't recommend the Marq enough! I absolutely loved living here and I'm honestly so sad to leave. The location is perfect if you love living in a downtown setting but don't want to be on top of the bars. It's close to literally everything you need, walkable to the 7th street bars, always clean, the girls in the office are always so nice and know everyone by name. Gone downhill, disappointing This place has gone downhill and at this point seems overpriced even in a climbing rental market. They removed the pool umbrellas a couple years ago and never replaced them--the large pool has virtually no shade for most of the day so for many people it becomes unusable. During ice and snow, the property no longer takes any responsibility for clearing walkways and stairways which means my neighbors have to buy salt or shovels to make their own stairs and walkways safe/usable. Good place to live It is quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and one has a safe feeling living here. I do have a complaint though. Management policies don't allow any accommodation for long-term residents, over those who stay only a few years or less. We have lived on the property for right at 10 years now, and in the current unit for almost 6 years. After that much time, the carpet is showing a fair amount of wear. Verified Renter I enjoy living at the Manor at Weston. The only complaint I have is that some pet owners do not properly dispose of their pet waste.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I would give 0 stars if I could. The management here is absolute trash they don’t care about anything after you move in. From day one my bathtub has been leaking water still has not been fixed after multiple maintenance requests. The a/c unit leaks water constantly even if the unit is off. The maintenance team is horrendous. I would not recommend leasing with these people. I just moved in less than a month ago and I’ve had nothing but problems. DO NOT LIVE HERE This apartment building is extremely unsafe and poorly managed. It is very easy for non-residents to get in the building, there are homeless people harassing residents outside every single day, and multiple times I've seen a man INSIDE the dumpster in the "gated" parking garage because he can get in through the stairwell. The parking garage has no mirrors making it easy for cars to collide and the gates are CONSTANTLY broken. Verified Renter Maintenance staff is prompt, courteous, and efficient. While addressing an incident I had made a request for, Matthew noticed, and offered to replace, a light fixture that I hadnt been able to reach.
