We really enjoyed the holiday festivities they held at the club house. The team was very welcoming and had lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy.
This place is absolutely terrible. The last month we lived there our heat wasn't working in the FREEZING winter weather so obviously we asked for it fixed. They were suppose to stop by, they said they fixed it, never was fixed. The unpleasant group of grumpy souls they call office staff were also never welcoming or helpful in the slightest. When we dropped off our final payment, as written on the bill, instead of submitting it they kept all of my credit card information and the bill was left unpaid. I have lived here 9 years. I would have to say that most everyone in the office is amazing those that weren't so hot don't work here anymore. The maintenance team is awesome. I do think the pools and grounds need an update but it's a good place to live.
This is the worst place I've ever lived They tell people to take pictures of things going on around the complex to make complaints but when u take pics of minors in his house and make accusations that lead to an eviction and the staff doesn't listen to both sides and evidence shows what is being accused to not even be true, I'd say these are the most racists ppl I've seen we are African American and have had nothing but accusations against us and have even proved our innocence and still get harassed and the office does nothi... read more
